What to include

So we can help fast, please tell us:

  • your store URL (e.g. your-store.myshopify.com);
  • what you were trying to do; and
  • what happened instead (a screenshot helps).

Common questions

Does Restock Radar change my store or place orders? No. The app is read-only — it analyzes your sales and stock and suggests what to reorder, but you always place orders yourself (one-click PO export makes it easy).

My new product has no forecast yet. Forecasts learn from recent sales, so brand-new products need a little sales history before the numbers settle. This is normal and improves over time.

How do I cancel? Uninstall from your Shopify admin under Settings → Apps and sales channels. Billing stops immediately and your data is deleted.
